Buonolio Benza

In Dolcedo, a small village near Sanremo (Liguria, Italy) the Benza family carefully selects the finest Taggiasca olives typical for this area. Ligurian extra-virgin olive oil is rightly famous for being rare and of superior quality.  The Buonolio, crafted from ripe olives, is delicate and sweet with notes of almonds and pine nuts.
