From prized Arbequina trees, more than 200 years old set  upon a hill once an ancient forest, the rich mineral makeup of the soil helps contribute to the extraordinary character of the non pressed, non centrifuged, and unfiltered oil. There is a big ripe olive flavor, silky texture and smooth, slightly peppery finish.  A superb oil.
