Near Lake Como the olives are hand-picked, stone ground and cold pressed. These are the northernmost olives grown and pressed in Italy for an intensely grassy aroma and a bright yellow color; it is mild and full with a lingering peppery bite that creeps up at the back of the throat. Excellent drizzled over mixed greens, soups and grilled fish.
